Tips: If you want this pie less boozy, use more milk and less creme de cocoa.
Ingredients:
- 1 Package Nabisco Chocolate Wafers
- 1/2 Stick of Butter
- 3 tbsp Brandy
- 1 Standard Package Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 Standard Package Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Creme de Cocoa
- 3 tbsp Brandy
1. To make the crust, crush the chocolate wafers into very fine crumbs.
2. Cut the butter into small cubes.
3. Mush the
4. butter into the wafer crumbs until it is a clunky "dough". Add the brandy to smooth it out.
5. Take the "dough" and form into a pie crust.
6. In a separate bowl, mix the pudding, milk, creme de cocoa, and brandy.
7. Put the pudding mixture into the crust.
8. Place into the refrigerator until chilled.
