Brandy Alexander Pie

Tips: If you want this pie less boozy, use more milk and less creme de cocoa.


Ingredients:
  •      1 Package Nabisco Chocolate Wafers
  •      1/2 Stick of Butter
  •      3 tbsp Brandy
  •      1 Standard Package Vanilla Instant Pudding
  •      1 Standard Package Chocolate Instant Pudding
  •      1/2 Cup Milk
  •      1/2 Cup Creme de Cocoa
  •      3 tbsp Brandy
Directions:

   1. To make the crust, crush the chocolate wafers into very fine crumbs.
   2. Cut the butter into small cubes.
   3. Mush the
   4. butter into the wafer crumbs until it is a clunky "dough". Add the brandy to smooth it out.
   5. Take the "dough" and form into a pie crust.
   6. In a separate bowl, mix the pudding, milk, creme de cocoa, and brandy.
   7. Put the pudding mixture into the crust.
   8. Place into the refrigerator until chilled.
